Allergen Statement: JSX does not intentionally serve any peanut-containing products on our flights. Due to the presence of common food allergens in the processing environment and in food served, JSX cannot guarantee an environment in our lounges or on our airplanes that is free of nuts or allergens. We cannot prevent Customers from bringing and consuming food items that contain food allergens, including peanuts and tree nuts, and we permit Customers to transport dogs and cats in-cabin. Because we cannot guarantee allergen-free flights, Customers should review any health concerns with their physicians prior to flying. Customers with reactive sensitivities are advised to pack appropriate medication(s) as advised by their physicians, such as an antihistamine or injectable epinephrine, in their personal carry-on item.
